Monday March 2
All pre-tournament packets mailed to state and metro commissioners and ASA office representatives. You may begin calling Brooks Tinsley at (770) 528-8860 to verbally confirm team’s entry.
Friday July 17
Deadline to receive Roster/Entry Forms/Entry Fee. Please call if you will have to hand carry roster form (make sure it is signed by your association commissioner). Entry fee is $350. Make check payable to CCPRCAD.

Please call to confirm entry so that no team is left out of the draw.

Saturday July 25th
Team Check-In: At Lost Mountain Park (West Cobb Senior Center) from 4-7 pm for roster verification, advance ticket sales, rain forms, and practice schedules.

ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT WITH PICTURE ID
AND AN APPROPRIATE PROOF OF AGE (SUCH AS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE, ASA REGISTRATION, STATE-ISSUED ID card, ETC.
Sunday July 26th
Team Check-In: At Lost Mountain Park (West Cobb Senior Center) from 9am – 12:30 pm.

Sunday July 26th
Manager’s Lunch: One manager is free, all others $15 per individual.  It will be at 1pm and will be held at the Ward Recreation Center at Lost Mountain Park. Advanced Purchases Only –

Sunday July 26th
Opening Ceremonies: Will be held 6pm at McEachern High School football stadium located at 2400 New Macland Rd. in Powder Springs, GA

Gift exchange to follow opening ceremonies.
Sunday July 26th
Team Social: Scheduled for 7:30pm at McEachern High School football stadium.
Monday July 27th
First Games: Tentatively 11 am, Lost Mountain and Al Bishop Softball Complexes. Pool games will be played Monday and Tuesday, double elimination will begin Wednesday.
Tuesday July 28th
Tournament Draw: Lost Mountain Park (Ward Recreation Center), time to be announced. Draw is for double elimination tournament. One manager or team representative should be present.
